Today's thought

I've linked several times to Seth Godin's blog and I'm doing it again today. Nationally and locally we are in a period of uncertainty and it's tempting to put our goals and hopes on hold. But, is that approach to take? Would be better off, as a library system, and as individuals, to create a new dream together?

The Bigger They Come ...

CCPL isn't exactly a large library, by these standards, but it's not a small one either. I know we have some of the same issues that large libraries face in dealing with bureaucracy, but we also have some truly creative and enterprising staff. Maybe we can be the best of both? I'd like to think so.
