Interviews

They've been a long time coming! I'm glad that we are going forward with interviews for the Director. I know many of you have been chomping at the bit and wondering why we have made more changes already. I, too, am more than ready for us to move forward as an organization. I have been hesitant to make changes for CCPL, being concerned that any new directions might be changed again with the change in leadership. I know from past experience that working to get buy in on changes that never materialize, or are dropped without completion, is damaging to an organization and to trust. I hope that we are soon in a position to work thorugh what our new course should be.
