Actually, it should mean business as usual for us!
Obviously we should always strive to meet high service standards; to always consider how our institution can better serve the public; to plan how we can individually improve all aspects of our own performance on the job...
The quotation, though, serves as a great reminder--a gentle prod--that we shouldn't just be coasting along but should make sure that "business as usual" meets those high standards of service.
